Growth of Nordstrom Corporate staff in Seattle and lease expirations led Nordstrom to select the Russell Investment Center office space to consolidate their information technology group. Much of the original Washington Mutual build-out was retained and private offices and computer lab spaces were added. TWIST services provided included master planning, programming, space planning, design, and construction documentation. Project completion is expected in Q2 2011.
